Job Title: Oracle ERP Master Data Management Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the design and implementation of sustainable data cleansing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of MDM concepts, principles, and best practices.

  • Data Quality Framework: Develop and implement data quality frameworks, standards, and best practices tailored to organization's needs.
  • Metadata Management: Establishing metadata repositories and frameworks to capture and manage metadata related to master data entities, attributes, and relationships.
  • Lead Interface Discussions: Lead discussions pertaining to master data with different applications.

Key Requirements:

The successful candidate will require over 8 years experience as an MDM technical lead or similar role, with a focus on data quality management. Strong knowledge of data quality frameworks, best practices, tools and techniques, metadata and reference data management is essential. Experience with the Fusion Oracle cloud platform is an added advantage. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary.
