Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and transformation of critical datasets
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to enable insights-driven decision making
  • Deploy, maintain, and optimize scalable cloud-based data infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Design and develop robust ETL workflows and data pipelines
  • Monitor production systems, troubleshoot performance issues, and implement improvements
  • Uphold best practices in governance, data security, and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of proven experience in data engineering
  • Strong hands-on expertise with AWS (S3, Redshift, etc.) or other cloud platforms
  • Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Practical knowledge of big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka
  • Bonus: Exposure to data warehousing and data modeling principles
