Key Role: Data Infrastructure Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Data Infrastructure Specialist to design, build, and scale data infrastructure that enables data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop robust and scalable data pipelines for ELT and ETL processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into efficient data models and pipelines.
  • Develop and optimize data pipelines using Snowflake, Airflow, ElasticSearch, AWS S3, and NFS.
  • Develop data warehouse schemas to support business intelligence and advanced analytics.
  • Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and validation frameworks to ensure data integrity.
  • Partner with data scientists and analysts to make data accessible and usable for analytics, machine learning, and reporting.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of data warehouse architecture and introduce best practices in scalability, security, and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer with a focus on ELT/ETL processes.
  • Experience working with Snowflake (data warehousing, performance optimization, data modeling).
  • Hands-on experience creating and maintaining Apache Airflow ETL pipelines.
  • Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, transformation, and automation.
  • Experience working with ElasticSearch and its integration in data pipelines.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling techniques.
  • Experience working with AWS S3 and cloud-based storage solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
