Job Title: Banking Relationship SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Banking Relationship Specialist to join our team. As a key player in the BFSI industry, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales revenue.

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.

  • Conduct presentations and cold calls to promote financial products and services.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling relevant financial products.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI industry.

  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
