Job Title

We are seeking an accomplished Digital Content Creator to drive growth and engagement across social media platforms.

The role demands expertise in creating high-quality short-form video content, developing effective social media strategies, and optimizing platform performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Production (60%): Develop 5+ high-quality videos weekly, publish daily shorts across YouTube & social media, design 5+ static posts weekly, and update weekly Google My Business posts.
  • Growth & Engagement (25%): Deliver 15% MoM follower growth, share weekly updates, and drive 6+ Google reviews/location/month.
  • Campaigns & Initiatives (15%): Execute 1+ localized digital campaign/month, train students to create content via Social Media Clubs, and track/report KPIs with actionable insights.

Performance Metrics (KPIs): Daily shorts, 5+ static posts/week, 15% follower growth (MoM), 10%+ engagement rate, 6+ Google reviews/location/month.

Requirements:

  • Graduate (Marketing or related field preferred).
  • 2+ years in social media marketing with focus on short-form video creation.
  • Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
  • Proven track record in achieving 15%+ MoM account growth.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
