Duties and responsibilities include handling customer queries, converting leads into orders, coordinating with marketplaces, partnering with restaurants and event management companies, managing customer inquiries, communicating with a premium customer base, understanding the category of tableware and home décor, helping customers with technical and billing related queries, and coordinating with other teams to resolve customer queries.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Good work ethics and a calm attitude
  • Able to manage escalations and queries efficiently

 

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Handle B2C and B2B customer queries over phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media
  3. Convert customer leads into orders
  4. Coordinate with different marketplaces for promoting sales
  5. Partner with new restaurants, event management companies, retailers, and corporate gifting clients
  6. Manage customer inquiries in their preferred language
  7. Communicate with a premium customer base
  8. Understand the category of tableware and home décor
  9. Help customers with technical and billing related queries
  10. Coordinate with other teams to resolve customer queries
