Regional Credit Manager Role

As a key member of our team, the Regional Credit Manager will be responsible for overseeing secured lending and working capital business. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and excellent analytical abilities.


Main Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assess and evaluate credit worthiness of clients, making informed decisions on loan requests in line with our bank's standards.
  • The successful candidate will conduct thorough due diligence and risk analysis during the assessment process, identifying and reporting any fraudulent applications.
  • This role involves evaluating and processing end-to-end Loan applications within agreed timelines, ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • We encourage innovation and development of new products, policies, and processes that meet local market needs and stay ahead of changes in existing policies and products.
  • The Regional Credit Manager will also monitor approvals of high value proposals from retail & corporate clients for all products and track early defaults.
  • To ensure non-delinquency and timely recovery of bad debts, this role requires effective debt collection mechanisms.
  • Analyzing frequent delinquency patterns is essential to build a healthy portfolio and support internal audit for the portfolio.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills are required to manage internal and external customer relationships and resolve issues within defined timelines.
