Lead Financial Strategist

About the Role

This isn't just reporting and compliance - it's financial planning, cost management, team building, and high-level business partnership.

What You'll Own

  • Budgeting, forecasting, and full financial strategy
  • Local finance operations: accounting, audits, controls, regulatory compliance
  • Financial reporting to global leadership
  • Team building — lead and grow the local finance team
  • Cross-functional support for pricing, margin control, and decision-making
  • Risk management, internal controls, tax/regulatory compliance

Mandatory Qualifications

  • 10+ years in finance/accounting roles
  • Proven leadership experience in BPO or offshoring environments
  • Strong financial planning + operational finance experience
  • Experience managing local finance teams (ideally in APAC)
  • Ready to relocate to a new location
  • CA, CPA, or MBA in Finance

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with multinational operations / cross-border reporting
  • Prior Big Four background
  • Exposure to M&A, transfer pricing, or fundraising activities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our end-to-end finance operations, driving business growth, and making strategic decisions.
