Key Role: MEP Planning Manager

This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the engineering and design process across all MEP disciplines. As a key member of our team, you will lead multi-disciplinary MEP design activities across industrial projects.

You will be responsible for managing the generation and release of coordinated GFC/IFC drawings aligned with BOQs and site-specific requirements. This includes leading a team of engineers and technicians to ensure timely and error-free drawing releases for site execution.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Lead multi-disciplinary MEP design activities across industrial projects.
  • Manage a team of engineers and technicians covering HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and process utilities.
  • Implement and enforce drawing standards, design version control, and internal approval protocols.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong background in MEP design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM.
  • 12-18 years of experience in MEP engineering and design.
