At the forefront of modern infrastructure development lies a key role: designing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. This is where you come in.

As a MEP Engineer, your expertise will be pivotal in bringing buildings to life, providing safe and efficient spaces for people to live and work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing MEP systems for commercial, data center, hotel, and industrial projects according to IS, NBC, and NFPA standards
  • Collaborating with the BD Estimation department to provide pre-bid support, leveraging project quantification and value engineering at the pre-bid stage
  • Conducting site visits to gain a comprehensive understanding of each project
  • Coordinating with clients to gather essential details for project success
  • Designing plumbing, firefighting layouts, and coordinating with electrical design teams
  • Preparing schematics for mechanical services, designing piping and duct layouts, and updating drawing and TDS trackers
  • Leading MEP coordination efforts in 2D and Revit drawings, deriving FF PHE MTOs from approved layouts, and supporting site teams in quantity variation closures
  • Proposing value engineering points for design savings during TDS and drawing approvals
  • Performing hydraulic calculations using software like Pipenet and Sprinkcal
  • Facilitating communication with architects, consultants, and PMCs regarding technical issues or clarifications

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Designing MEP distribution systems for various commercial, data center, hotel, and industrial projects
  • Collaborating with clients, vendors, marketing, execution, and purchase teams
  • Ensuring IMS documentation compliance

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Essential skills and qualifications:
    • Familiarity with FF PHE knowledge
    • Hydraulic calculation expertise
    • Analytical skills
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD operations and computer skills
    • Knowledge of relevant IS design standards
