Job Description

The Planning Manager for MEP Operations oversees the design office, ensuring timely release of coordinated MEP drawings. This technical leadership role bridges client design requirements with on-ground execution and procurement workflows.


  • Lead engineering and design output across HVAC, Electrical, Firefighting, and Plumbing.
  • Translate BOQs into IFC/GFC drawings with high accuracy and buildability.
  • Conduct drawing reviews, clash detection, and pre-construction planning.
  • Align designs with procurement and execution schedules.
  • Manage drawing version control and standardization via tools like Promasch.
  • Coordinate stakeholder approvals and internal processes for materials and layouts.
  • Mentor the design team and enforce quality protocols.


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 15-18 years of experience in MEP design and project planning.
  • Strong understanding of AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as ASHRAE, NBC, IS, NFPA.
  • Proven leadership in industrial, cleanroom, and data center projects.
