Job Summary

As a Talent Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with influencers to drive successful campaigns and partnerships.

Key responsibilities include identifying and onboarding influencers across various social media platforms, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the seamless execution of influencer marketing initiatives.

  • Identify and recruit influencers who align with our objectives, leveraging their unique voice and audience reach to amplify brand messaging.
  • Build long-term relationships with influencers, serving as a primary point of contact for communication and coordination.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic influencer marketing plans that meet business objectives, target audience needs, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and manage influencer marketing strategies, including content creation, campaign activation, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements regarding influencer partnerships and sponsored content.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 1 year in talent management, influencer marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Experience with influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools is a plus.
