We are seeking an experienced Partner Operations Specialist to join our team.

  • Maintain and update the list of active certifications
  • Track progress toward certification goals and support team members in achieving requirements
  • Manage and triage help desk requests with clients
  • Coordinate L2 and L3 escalations to ensure timely resolution
  • Deliver accurate, timely reporting on partner metrics
  • Provide actionable insights to drive decision-making

Key Responsibilities:
  • Certification Management: Maintain and update the list of active certifications, track progress toward certification goals, and support team members in achieving requirements
  • Help Desk Management: Manage and triage help desk requests with clients, coordinate L2 and L3 escalations to ensure timely resolution
  • Reporting & Insights: Deliver accurate, timely reporting on partner metrics and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making
  • Pipeline Identification & Attribution: Identify opportunities eligible for PAL or POR attribution, ensure attribution requirements are captured and executed post-contracting
