As a Career Advisor, you'll be in touch with warm leads via phone and email to discuss how our programs can aid them in reaching their career objectives.

You'll work closely with a student-first mentality, providing exceptional service, guiding informed decisions, and advising as if they were family and friends.

Your role involves thriving in a progressive sales environment, playing a key part in achieving growth targets. You must be self-driven, comfortable making multiple calls per day, generating interest, qualifying leads, and closing deals.

  • Help career changers understand how world-class education from top universities can lead to high-growth careers.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of leads interested in our programs.
  • Provide customized information to interested students via phone and email.
  • Aid learners through the enrolment process, following up and building urgency without being pushy.
  • Adhere to our inside sales process, tools, data management processes, and workflow.
  • Share feedback with leadership on call quality, observed trends, and insights from student conversations.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of inside sales/consultative selling experience with a consistent track record of exceeding targets in International Edtech markets.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, listening, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong phone presence.
  • Comfortable making 120+ dials and/or emails a day to connect with warm leads.
  • Experience using a CRM (preferably Salesforce).
  • Growth Mindset and ability to implement feedback.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize a large pipeline with different stages in the enrolment process requiring follow-up.
  • Ability to work remotely and meet metrics without micromanagement.
