Job Title: Career Mentor

We are seeking a skilled Career Mentor to join our team.

As a Career Mentor, you will play a vital role in guiding international students towards achieving their career goals. You will be trained on our framework and work closely with our experienced team members to ensure your success.

To succeed in this role, you don't need to be a career expert. However, you must possess the following qualities:

  • Empathy towards your students' needs and aspirations
  • Attention to detail in refining resumes and portfolios
  • Excellent communication skills to guide and support students
  • A genuine desire to make a positive impact on students' lives

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Running mentorship calls per student
  • Helping students refine their resumes, optimize their portfolios, and prepare for applications and interviews
  • Tracking progress via our internal system and providing regular feedback
  • Maintaining student accountability and motivating them to reach their goals
