Associate Consultant Engineer Role

This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Gen AI and Agentic frameworks, as well as data-driven transformation projects and real client engagements.

As an Associate Consultant Engineer, you will work under the guidance of the Gen AI CTO to design, prototype, and deliver AI-powered solutions. You will develop consulting skills that prepare you for a long-term career in AI and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in structured training covering Gen AI, Agentic frameworks, Responsible AI, data fundamentals, cloud, and consulting practices.
  • Support the design and development of AI prototypes, POCs, and accelerators.
  • Assist in preparing client deliverables (roadmaps, assessments, business cases).
  • Research trends, tools, and academic insights in Gen AI and Agentic AI.
  • Contribute to internal playbooks, reusable assets, and IP libraries.
  • Work with mentors and squad leads for coaching.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate (Bachelor's/Master's) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Technical foundations: Exposure to Python/SQL, AI/ML concepts, and cloud basics.
  • Mindset: Curious, ambitious, analytical, entrepreneurial, and eager to learn.
  • Collaboration skills: Strong communication and ability to work across cultures and geographies.
  • Ambition: Passion for AI, data, and emerging technologies, with a clear motivation to build a career in Gen AI/Agentic AI.
