Digital Transformation Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Project/Program Manager to lead and deliver cutting-edge digital initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with technical stakeholders to ensure the solution aligns with business requirements.
  2. Participate in technical discussions and position trade-offs for client stakeholders.
  3. Present technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  4. Work closely with project stakeholders to define project plans, KRAs, and processes.
  5. Communicate project status and structure across the team and departments.
  6. Ensure projects remain on target to meet deadlines.
  7. Identify potential problems and suggest alternatives based on cost implications, time constraints, and customer quality standards.
  8. Manage day-to-day progress of projects, including risk assessment and problem resolution.
  9. Conduct project reviews according to prescribed processes.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert regarding workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, etc.
  11. Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and adapt processes, policies, and workflows.
  12. Ensure teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources.
  13. Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Expertise in managing full project management life cycles for complex IT and business initiatives.
  2. Deep understanding of functional scope, design, and technology to deliver right solutions.
  3. Proven ability to engage with highly technical stakeholders.
  4. Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Understanding of executing projects in multiple areas like Supply Chain, eCommerce, IoT, Cloud Infrastructure, and Industrial Operations Management.
  6. Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills.
  7. Verbal and written communication skills.
  8. Self-motivated, team player with results orientation.
  9. Ability to work under tight project deadlines.
