Job Title

Leading a Premium Women's Wear Fashion Store

The ideal candidate will have an ability to manage the daily operations of a premium women's wear fashion lifestyle store and complete tasks related to inventory tracking, marketing and customer service. They should be a confident salesperson and be able to share their best practices in order to onboard new employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the store and ensure sales goals are met
  • Understand customers' styling needs and assist them to select the perfect outfits for their needs
  • Lead and manage a team to achieve sales targets for the store
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
  • Keep up to date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge
  • Manage inventory and visual merchandising

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years' experience managing a premium fashion lifestyle store
  • Ability to communicate in Malayalam and English
  • Customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to assist and engage with customers
  • Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Proactive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly fashion practices is a plus
