About the Role

We are looking for an experienced engineering leader to drive strategy and execution of our platform organization.

This role will oversee core infrastructure, developer experience, data platforms, and frontend frameworks that power large-scale SaaS products across global markets.

The ideal candidate is a builder at heart, a people-first leader, and a trusted partner to product and executive teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and communicate a 12–18 month vision for the platform organization, aligning technical direction with business priorities.
  • Establish frameworks and shared component libraries to accelerate development in modern stacks.
  • Build unified approaches for ingestion, governance, observability, and schema validation across multiple data stores.
  • Lead ownership of Kubernetes clusters, networking, IaC, and cloud security.
  • Champion robust CI/CD pipelines, progressive rollout practices, fault-injection testing, and end-to-end observability standards.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of engineering experience, including 5+ years leading platform, infrastructure, or SRE teams in high-scale SaaS environments.
  • Deep experience with Kubernetes and a major cloud provider (GCP preferred).
  • Strong technical grounding in TypeScript/Node.js, container orchestration, IaC, service meshes, and event-driven systems.
