Job Description for a Senior Operations Leader

Key Responsibilities:

Process Optimization & Standardization
  • Design and implement processes for operational efficiency and consistency.
  • Standardize workflows to reduce errors and improve productivity.
Operational Leadership
  • Lead projects on efficiency, automation, and scalability across operations.
  • Support execution of new launches, seasonal peaks, and promotional campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with fulfillment and warehousing teams to ensure smooth order flow.
  • Work closely with supply chain, retail, category, finance, and tech/product teams.
Data Analysis & Insights
  • Develop dashboards and reports for visibility into operational performance.
  • Use data to identify areas for improvement and recommend scalable solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or leadership (D2C / retail / fashion / e-commerce preferred).
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field from a top university, with strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent skills in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL.
  • High ownership mindset, ability to work with ambiguity, and strong cross-team collaboration.
