Job Title: Corporate Yoga Instructor

This role entails leading and growing a corporate wellness program, going beyond teaching to become the subject matter expert (SME) for yoga within our ecosystem.

Main Responsibilities:

  • We seek a certified yoga instructor with experience in conducting high-quality sessions tailored to employees, from beginner to advanced levels.
  • The ideal candidate will design structured programs that align with organisational wellness goals, fostering engagement and consistent execution.
  • Collaboration with the broader wellness team is essential to integrate yoga into holistic offerings.
  • Taking ownership of the yoga vertical requires creativity and ensuring ideas are implemented effectively.
  • The selected candidate will collect feedback, track participation, and report outcomes to continually improve programming.
  • Supporting wellness events, challenges, and workshops beyond regular classes is also expected.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Certified Yoga Instructor with 200-hour or above recognition.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of teaching experience, preferably in corporate or group class environments.
  • Strong execution mindset, with ability to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Professionalism, including punctuality, dependability, and schedule management independence.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage diverse groups confidently.
  • Passion for driving wellness at scale and making yoga accessible to all backgrounds.

Work Arrangements:

  • Sessions across morning and evening slots aligned with the corporate timetable.
  • Approximately 3-4 sessions per day plus occasional workshops or wellness events.
