Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to spearhead our high-growth product, which converges social community and stock-market portfolios.

This is a full-time position requiring extreme ownership and commitment to driving lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, measure, repeat for Android and iOS applications.
  • Architect a serverless-first backend capable of scaling and own all infrastructure and releases.
  • Hire and manage a small engineering team as the product expands.
  • Implement monitoring, Sentry/observability, automated tests, and shipping cadence.
  • Collaborate closely with founder(s) on product strategy, growth, and go-to-market initiatives.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Treat product and engineering as synonymous.
  • Has developed and launched end-to-end full-stack mobile apps.
  • Can code and orchestrate infrastructure, authentication, payments, API integrations, real-time feeds, and secure broker/connect flows.
  • Is uncompromising about speed, quality, and simplicity.
  • Lives in India or can reliably overlap IST hours.
Preferred Abilities
  • Demonstrated track record building production mobile apps.
  • Full-stack experience: frontend mobile, backend (serverless or Node/Go/Python), databases, and storage.
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs, OAuth flows, and secure token handling.
  • CI/CD, app deployment to Play Store & App Store, EAS/Fastlane knowledge.
  • Basic infra and security awareness.
