Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:- Initial point of contact for potential customers, providing a friendly and knowledgeable presence.
- Turning marketing leads into meaningful conversations and scheduling walkthroughs that matter.
- Developing a thorough understanding of our offerings and clearly explaining them to prospects.
- Proactively addressing all incoming calls and managing follow-up calls to nurture leads.
- Identifying business opportunities and assigning them to the sales team for further coordination while ensuring proper lead qualification.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen and persuade effectively.
- Prior experience in reservations, real estate, or telesales is advantageous.
