A successful Client Service Ambassador will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients, responding to their inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer emails, chats, and phone calls in a fast and efficient manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of customer interactions using CRM systems to ensure seamless communication and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities to improve processes and optimize customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Demonstrate empathy and problem-solving skills to handle customer concerns and provide personalized solutions.
  • Crm System Familiarity: Have knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce or Zendesk, which is an added advantage.
