You will assist in resolving service complaints, claims, and concerns with a solutions-first mindset. Furthermore, you will maintain detailed customer records in CRM systems and generate service performance reports.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related fields. 0-3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or client support is also required. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset are essential. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously are also required.
