Job Overview


As a Senior Staff Engineer, you will lead the development of AI-powered solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for designing and implementing complex machine learning models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI-powered solutions that meet client requirements and deliver value to the business.
  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality software products.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our software products.
  • Lead code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on AI and machine learning.
  3. Deep understanding of Generative AI fundamentals, transformer-based architectures, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts.
  4. Strong working experience in Python and key ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
  5. Experience deploying models on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, and knowledge of MLOps best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Publication in top-tier conferences or journals in AI, ML, or NLP.
  • Experience leading large-scale projects, mentoring junior engineers, and driving technical innovation.
