Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sr. Generative AI Engineer located in Pune/Solapur. The Sr. Generative AI Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing AI models, conducting research to advance generative AI capabilities, analyzing data sets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems. Additional duties include keeping abreast of the latest industry trends, optimizing performance algorithms, and mentoring junior team members.
Qualifications
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Good Understanding and Experience with setting up MCP Servers and Workflow Orchestration
- Strong programming skills in languages like Python
- Proficiency in data analysis, data preprocessing, and statistical modeling
- Solid understanding of deep learning techniques, neural networks, and natural language processing
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Engineering Graduate in Computer Science, AI, ML, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS ) and big data tools is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
