About this Role

We're seeking a talented Generative AI Developer to design, develop, and implement generative AI solutions to solve complex business problems.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in large language models (LLMs), diffusion models, and other generative AI technologies. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform cutting-edge AI technologies into practical, scalable applications.

  • Design and develop generative AI applications using LLMs, diffusion models, and other generative AI technologies.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to identify use cases and implement AI solutions.
  • Fine-tune and optimize models for specific client requirements and use cases.
  • Implement robust evaluation frameworks to assess model performance and mitigate potential risks.
  • Create prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate capabilities and gather feedback.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for AI systems.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in generative AI technologies and methodologies.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks.
  • Experience implementing LLM-based applications and understanding of prompt engineering.
  • Knowledge of generative AI concepts, including text generation, image generation, and multimodal systems.

Desired but not required:

  • Master's or PhD in AI, ML, or related field.
  • Experience with model fine-tuning, RLHF, and alignment techniques.
  • Knowledge of RAG architectures.
  • Experience with vector databases and embedding models.
