Customer Relationship Specialist

Job Description
As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless onboarding and handover of customers to our Estate team. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating with other functions to resolve critical customer queries, maintaining a consistent level of service quality, and making waivers up to a defined limit to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Graduate in any stream with 3-8 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management. Prior experience in Real Estate or customer service industries is desirable. You should possess excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to engage with customers regularly and understand reasons for potential cancellations.

Benefits
This role offers an opportunity to drive additional sales from existing customers through repeat bookings, upgrades, and referrals. You will also be responsible for providing inputs to management based on MIS data and customer feedback, as well as implementing customer delight initiatives such as welcome kits for new customers.

Others
You will work closely with internal teams including Regional Head Marketing & Sales, Project Management Group, Regional Head-Finance, Regional Legal, Estate, and Sales Team. External interactions will be with customers and outsourced partners. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
