
Senior HR Operations Manager

Job Summary:
This is a pivotal role that oversees the day-to-day operations of HR, encompassing employee lifecycle management, compliance, and exit processes.

- Lead the offboarding process to ensure smooth and compliant transitions during resignation, retirement, or termination.">
- Collect valuable insights from post-exit interviews to drive continuous improvements and enhance the employee experience.">
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Admin, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective offboarding, including system deactivation, asset recovery, and full and final settlements.">
- Coordinate with HR teams to manage the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.">
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance for promotions, transfers in alignment with organizational policies.">
- Streamline Time & Absence process for PAN India PPS Sites.">
- Partner with HRIT team to ensure all employee data is accurately captured and maintained.">
- Oversee and manage the collection, validation, and processing of payroll data for BHR's / Site HR's across the organization.">
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll inputs such as attendance, earnings, deductions, reimbursements, and other payroll-related activities.">
- Work closely with the Payroll workstream and HRBP's teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure payroll accuracy.">
- Maintain and ensure the confidentiality of all payroll-related information.">
- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and company policies related to operations, offboarding, and payroll.">
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits to ensure proper documentation and procedures are followed.">
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will lead and mentor a small team within HR Operations to drive process improvement, streamline activities, and ensure team members are adequately trained.

- Participate in continuous improvement projects.">
- Continuously assess the effectiveness and efficiency of HR operations activities for the processes managed.">
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digitization to improve the overall employee experience.">
