Senior HR Operations Manager Job Description">

Job Summary:

This is a pivotal role that oversees the day-to-day operations of HR, encompassing employee lifecycle management, compliance, and exit processes.

  • Lead the offboarding process to ensure smooth and compliant transitions during resignation, retirement, or termination.">
  • Collect valuable insights from post-exit interviews to drive continuous improvements and enhance the employee experience.">
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Admin, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and effective offboarding, including system deactivation, asset recovery, and full and final settlements.">
  • Coordinate with HR teams to manage the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for employees.">
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance for promotions, transfers in alignment with organizational policies.">
  • Streamline Time & Absence process for PAN India PPS Sites.">
  • Partner with HRIT team to ensure all employee data is accurately captured and maintained.">
  • Oversee and manage the collection, validation, and processing of payroll data for BHR's / Site HR's across the organization.">
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll inputs such as attendance, earnings, deductions, reimbursements, and other payroll-related activities.">
  • Work closely with the Payroll workstream and HRBP's teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure payroll accuracy.">
  • Maintain and ensure the confidentiality of all payroll-related information.">
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and company policies related to operations, offboarding, and payroll.">
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits to ensure proper documentation and procedures are followed.">
