About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cloud Sales Consultant to join our team at Searce Inc. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer relationships.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Identify New Opportunities: Analyze market conditions and trends, and identify potential opportunities in assigned accounts/territories through research, networking, cold calling, and leveraging social media platforms.
  2. Drive Revenue Growth: Generate a sales pipeline and exceed monthly sales targets by delivering powerful presentations and customized proposals that showcase the value of our solutions.
  3. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the Google Cloud sales and solutions teams to develop custom investment proposals and implement solutions in distributed geographies.
  4. Manage Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure continued satisfaction levels and repeat business.
  5. Timely Invoicing and Collections: Ensure timely invoicing, forex calculations, audits, and collections to maximize payment realization.
Qualifications
  1. Educational Background: A graduate degree (preferably with an MBA from a Tier 1 or 2 institution) in Sales or a related field.
  2. Relevant Experience: 3-5 years of experience in enterprise sales for technology services/digital transformation, with a proven track record of sales in India across technologies like Cloud, AI, and data engineering.
  3. Technical Skills: Strong exposure/experience working with digital natives, startups, and enterprise accounts in tech/solution sales capacity; knowledge of technology stacks such as Application Modernization, ML & AI, Data & Analytics (Redshift, Data Lake, etc), DevOps (CI-CD, Kubernetes, etc).
  4. Soft Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with CTOs, CEOs, VPs, and IT Directors.
Estimated Salary Range:

Rupee 20 lakh - Rupee 30 lakh per annum
