At AWS India, we are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Transformation Business Growth Strategist to join our team in Karnataka. As a key member of our Modernization team, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation strategies across various industries and segments in the country.


The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements, with a strong background in cloud services and a passion for innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales specialists and solution architects, to define and execute go-to-market strategies for modernization, develop high-level solution designs, and empower customers to execute on their digital transformation strategy.


About the Role


This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that values customer obsession, ownership, and experimentation. As a Cloud Transformation Business Growth Strategist, you will spend most of your time helping customers build and execute roadmaps for deriving maximum business value from the AWS cloud. You will enable and empower customers and AWS field teams alike to leverage the full range of AWS services, tools, and programs towards solving their business challenges.


You will be responsible for:



  1. Engaging with key customer stakeholders to understand their top business priorities and challenges, and building the business case for digital transformation.
  2. Conducting application portfolio analysis and application discovery to identify target applications and to-be state.
  3. Developing high-level solution designs for individual modernization pathways and working with solution architect communities to conduct architecture design workshops and build POCs.
  4. Working with account teams to identify high-propensity accounts for 1:1 engagement and prospect for opportunities.
  5. Devise 1:many campaigns with partner and marketing teams to create awareness and generate demand.
  6. Enabling account managers and partner sales teams on business value, engagement models, and commercial programs to scale pre-sales capability.
  7. Enabling solution architects and partner technical teams on modernization pathways and tools to scale delivery capability.
  8. Working with sales and technical leadership to drive accountability, establish engagement models, and mechanisms for review and reporting.
  9. Voice of the Customer: Create lighthouse references and share customer and market insights with WW service teams to influence roadmap for services and tools, and develop investment programs.

About You


We are looking for a talented professional with the following qualifications:



  • 5+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.

A Day in the Life


As a Cloud Transformation Business Growth Strategist, you will spend most of your time co-creating GTM and delivery plans, running them along with cross-functional leaders, making business cases to support high-impact investments, and providing feedback to sales, technical, and service leadership for closer organizational alignment with what our customers need.


Salary Range:

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹60,00,000 - ₹90,00,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
