
Strategic Client Liaison

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage client relationships and communicate with clients on a daily basis.
This role involves coordinating with recruitment teams to understand and fulfill client requirements, preparing job descriptions and candidate briefs based on client input, and scheduling candidate interviews and confirming with clients.
The ideal candidate will maintain and update CRM tools and recruitment databases, create client reports, presentations, and documentation, and ensure timely follow-ups with clients and candidates.
- Develop strong working relationships with clients to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional service.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive support and ensure seamless communication.
- Utilize technology to enhance the recruitment process and improve efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other recruitment tools.
