
Front Line Support Officer

As a vital member of our front-line team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the front desk operations. This encompasses handling incoming calls, inquiries, and walk-ins with poise and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Manage all front desk activities, ensuring seamless communication between staff, parents, and visitors.
- Tour Coordination: Conduct informative school tours for prospective parents, showcasing our educational environment and answering queries in a clear and concise manner.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain high standards of front office cleanliness and presentation.
- Inventory Management: Effectively manage and track stationery inventory, ordering supplies as needed to ensure a smooth operation.
- Administrative Support: Collaborate with staff and management to provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the school.
- Log Keeping: Maintain accurate daily attendance and visitor logs for record-keeping purposes.
