We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida, India.
The Front Office Assistant will be responsible for handling phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, scheduling appointments, providing administrative assistance, and utilizing clerical skills to support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for management and staff members.
• Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Requirements:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
