Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an IT Analyst I. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Windchill change processes, customizations, business rules, global process, and adoption of these changes. This is a critical position that supports the needs of our users and business by delivering high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain Windchill change processes, customizations, business rules, and global process.
  • Responsible for requirement definition, design, system configuration, development, testing, and documentation.
  • Manage Java helper tools, Windchill customizations, and business reporting.
  • Understand and translate business concepts to executable functional designs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing PTC Windchill configuration, customizations.
  • Experience in developing and managing Windchill customizations (JAVA, WEX).

Your Workplace

You will be based at our Shared Service Center in Pune, which provides global support to all AGCO global factories and sites in Finance, HR, IT, Purchasing, Customer Experience, and Engineering functions.
