Job Description

We are seeking a talented Electronic Systems Product Engineer to join our team. As an Electronic Systems Product Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing electronic systems for rail projects.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development of these systems, which will be used in train control functions. Your role will involve:

  • Reviewing system requirements and design specifications;
  • Collaborating with architects to ensure alignment with overall system design;
  • Defining TCMS signal names for inputs and outputs;
  • Developing software solutions for train control functions;
  • Reviewing and validating source code to ensure functional safety and compliance with industry standards;
  • Participating in lab and train testing to validate defined functions;

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related STEM field;
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in software development, specifically in train control systems for rail projects;
  • Proficiency in software development tools such as IEC or MATLAB/Simulink;
  • Solid understanding of rail applications, train control systems, and the specific safety standards applicable to this sector.
