Plant Maintenance Professional

The Assistant Maintenance Manager will report directly to the Plant Maintenance Manager and be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all plant equipment and utilities. This includes overseeing maintenance and utilities management, performing preventive and predictive maintenance, managing energy consumption and costs, as well as leading a team of professionals.

About This Role
  • This role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation) and 10 years of experience in maintenance and utilities management in a large dairy, food, or pharma plant.
