Assistant/Deputy Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Labor Relations expert to join our team in Tamilnadu. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the Labour Union, handling collective bargaining, and ensuring timely resolution of grievances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Labor Relations: Develop and maintain a constructive relationship with the Labour Union, ensuring open communication and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Collective Bargaining: Handle wage settlements and union negotiations, achieving mutually beneficial agreements.
- Grievance Handling: Timely resolution of employee grievances and proactive addressing of potential IR issues.
- Liaison: Maintain relationships with labor authorities, government bodies, and legal consultants to ensure compliance and resolve complex issues.
- Disciplinary Actions: Lead disciplinary actions, domestic inquiries, and ensure legally compliant proceedings.
- Statutory Compliance: Hands-on experience in Statutory Compliance and stakeholder management.
The ideal candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in Labor Relations and be well-versed in Labor Laws and regulations. A Master's degree in Social Work or Labor Welfare is preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
