Balance Sheet Management Expertise

We are seeking an accomplished professional to join our Finance & Accounts team as a Deputy Manager/ Manager/ Senior Manager in Balance Sheet Management. This key role requires a seasoned individual with extensive knowledge and expertise in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Statement Preparation
  • Ensuring accurate and timely submission of financial statements in accordance with IGAAP provisions.
  • Regulatory Reporting
  • Maintaining regulatory compliance through effective reporting and coordination with internal and external auditors.
  • MIS and Management Reporting
  • Developing and maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS) to support informed decision-making.
  • Coordination with Auditors
  • Collaborating with auditors to address observations and implement corrective measures.
  • Team Supervision and Mentoring
  • Leading and mentoring team members to achieve high standards of performance and accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • IGAAP Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of International Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (IGAAP).
  • Financial Reporting Tools
  • Proficiency in financial reporting tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP/Oracle).
  • Advanced MS Excel
  • Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and visualization.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills to effectively engage stakeholders.
