Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our ERP/EPM engineering team in Hyderabad.

  • As a Senior Manager, you will drive performance management, including goal setting, regular check-ins, coaching, and annual reviews.
  • You will partner with HR to manage talent development, employee engagement, retention, and career growth.
  • Your key responsibility will be to provide mentorship and guidance to Engineers and Principal Engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
  • You will act as the on-site leader, ensuring smooth communication between US leadership and India-based team members.
  • You will work closely with US leadership to align on guidance, strategic direction, and resource planning, ensuring global priorities are translated into actionable team outcomes.
  • You will support workforce planning, including hiring, onboarding, and skill development.
  • You will champion our values of diversity, inclusion, and belonging in everyday team practices.
  • You will ensure team alignment with global ERP/EPM delivery standards and business priorities.
  • You will promote employee well-being, work-life balance, and recognition programs.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of IT/ERP/EPM experience, with at least 3+ years in a people management or team leadership role.
  • Strong experience in performance management, coaching, and talent development.
  • Proven ability to build high-performing teams and foster employee engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate globally.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Adaptability, empathy, and resilience in dynamic environments.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels of the organization.
  • Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to foster collaboration, trust, and accountability within the team.
  • Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills.

Key Skills:

  • Oracle GL and Subledger Accounting.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience managing Oracle ERP/EPM engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and tools (performance systems, engagement surveys, succession planning).
  • Exposure to Agile delivery models and global collaboration practices.
