The Opportunity

We seek an experienced professional to join our valuation group as a project lead or member of multiple client engagement teams worldwide. In this role, you will assist in real estate and hospitality advisory engagements within a fast-paced service-oriented environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Serve as a team member on multiple client engagements, taking the lead in understanding clients' needs, conducting analyses, and reporting results.
  • Manage engagements related to real estate advisory, valuation, and due diligence across various property types.
  • Financial analysis, cash flow modeling, analytical model reviews, property/portfolio modeling, asset valuations, real estate appraisals, and appraisal reviews are some of the general real estate advisory services involved.
  • Analyze a range of property types including multi-family residential, office, retail, hotel, industrial, mixed-use, infrastructure, and special-use properties.
Key Requirements
  • A Master's degree in business administration specializing in Finance is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience working directly on real estate valuation projects.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.
  • Prior experience with BIG4 accounting firms would be given significant consideration.

Ideal candidates will also possess people management skills, project management skills, and have exposure to tools like Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx etc. for added advantage.
