The company is seeking a skilled professional to fill a key role in their Real Estate team.

As a seasoned SAP RE-FX Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of real estate solutions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deep dive analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
  • Development of comprehensive business cases to justify investments in new technology
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to design and implement real estate solutions
  • Providing training and knowledge sharing to ensure seamless adoption of new systems

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate harmonization initiatives using SAP RE-FX
  • Proven expertise in working with SAP S/4 and Fiori applications
  • Strong knowledge of cost controlling and IFRS16 requirements for leasing contract valuations
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
