Global Education Coordinator

About the Role:

">

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our overseas education team. As Global Education Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a team of counsellors and admissions officers to ensure seamless end-to-end execution of overseas MBBS counselling and admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

">

  1. Lead and manage a team of counsellors and admissions executives, ensuring achievement of departmental targets.

  2. Oversee the entire admissions cycle, including student counselling, university shortlisting, application processing, documentation, visa guidance, and onboarding.

  3. Establish and maintain professional relationships with international partner universities, particularly in Russia and Kazakhstan, ensuring compliance with admission requirements and timelines.

  4. Monitor and enhance the quality of counselling services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and ethical standards.

  5. Develop and implement efficient processes to improve conversions and reduce application drop-offs.

  6. Track and evaluate team performance metrics; conduct regular reviews, feedback sessions, and training interventions.

  7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

  8. Address escalations from students and parents promptly, ensuring satisfaction and resolution.

Qualifications & Experience:

">

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Education, or a related field (Master's preferred).

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in overseas education counselling, student recruitment, or MBBS abroad advisory services.

  • Proven experience in team handling and operations management.

  • In-depth knowledge of international medical education systems, particularly in Russia and Kazakhstan, along with familiarity with visa and compliance requirements.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
