Responsibilities

">

We are seeking a motivated and experienced overseas student counsellor to join our team. Key responsibilities include:

">
  • Identifying students' career goals and potential gaps in their background information.
  • Advising students on various universities, courses, admission requirements, entrance exams, scholarships, and visa applications.
  • Supporting students with application form filling, documentation, and SOP/LOR/Resume guidance.
  • Providing information on desired courses based on students' needs and aspirations.
  • Assisting students with visa requirements and financial procedures.
  • Maintaining accurate client information in our CRM system and generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Team Manager.
  • Ensuring positive client reviews and maintaining high ratings in online reviews.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong research skills to keep up-to-date with industry information relating to student visas, new courses, and university updates.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to effectively counsel students and work with Admission & Visa Department.
  • A sales attitude with a focus on achieving targets and supporting team members in reaching team targets.
  • Good coordination skills to work with Admission & Visa Department and ensure smooth progress of student admissions and visas.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other technology tools to manage client data and generate reports.
