Business Product Analyst

Overview:

The ideal candidate for this position will be a seasoned Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Jira and Confluence. This professional will lead the development of product roadmaps, collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points, and create innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain product backlogs, prioritizing tasks to deliver value to employees.
  • Partner with stakeholders to uncover business challenges, map processes, and design tailored solutions.
  • Design and implement workflows that integrate multiple tools, including Jira and Confluence.
  • Curate plug-ins, ensuring seamless performance and measurable ROI.
  • Create data-driven insights through dashboards and OKRs.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years administering Jira and Confluence, with at least 3 years in a business systems or product ownership capacity.
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional projects from discovery through rollout, using Agile or similar frameworks.
  • Expertise in REST APIs, webhooks, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Node.js).
  • Fluency in analytics and reporting tools like eazyBI, Tableau, or BigQuery.
