IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, performance, and scalability of our technological infrastructure.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Server Management: Manage and monitor servers (Linux, Windows, cloud and on-premise) to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
  • Cloud Administration: Administer environments in AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure, focusing on scalability and high availability to meet business needs.
  • Security Implementation: Implement, maintain, and monitor security systems, backups, and disaster recovery to protect against potential threats.
  • Automation: Automate administration processes (scripts, CI/CD, pipelines) to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
  • Network Monitoring: Monitor networks, firewalls, VPNs, and traffic to ensure connectivity and security.
  • Audit and Compliance: Conduct periodic audits on performance, security, and compliance (including PCI DSS) to ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Maintenance: Integrate and maintain monitoring solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix) to provide real-time insights into system performance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with development, support, and security teams to optimize operations and improve overall system performance.
  • Access Control: Manage access, permissions, and authentication policies (IAM, MFA, Zero Trust) to ensure secure access to system resources.
  • Documentation: Document configurations, processes, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
  • Support: Provide 2nd and 3rd level support in critical incidents to ensure minimal downtime and maximum system availability.
