Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and infrastructure, with experience in providing technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective technical support for end-users, addressing their queries and resolving their issues promptly.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networks, to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Administer user accounts, email systems, and security groups in Active Directory/Office 365.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity and system access issues, using analytical skills to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Assist in IT projects, such as cloud migration, system upgrades, and security enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, guidelines, and procedures for IT support processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of IT support/infrastructure experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
