Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial leadership and expertise to support the growth and development of the business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial Leadership:
    • Lead end-to-end accounting processes, including P2P, R2R, O2C for various business units.
    • Ensure accurate and timely completion of monthly financial close.
    • Comply with GAAP (Ind-AS) and enforce company accounting policies, practices, and internal controls.
    • Deliver accurate financial reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statements.
    • Reconcile and support financial accounts.
    • Conduct financial close reviews with senior finance leaders.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to identify aging and take suitable actions.
    • Support statutory audits, due diligence, and other financial requirements.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis:
    • Support specific business units with comprehensive finance operational assistance.
    • Develop and manage financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
    • Provide timely, accurate, and insightful analysis of results to stakeholders.
    • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
    • Serve as a single point of truth for financial metrics and performance drivers.
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and initiatives.
    • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and vendors.
  • Requirements:
    • Preferably, experience in start-up environments and scaling up through funding efforts.
    • A self-driven, results-oriented individual with a positive attitude and high integrity.
    • Proficiency in financial modeling, accounting, and reporting software.
    • Candidates with expertise in dealing with auditors and consultants are preferred.
    • Advanced skills in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI.
    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
    • A high-energy individual with a sense of urgency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
    • Excellent analytical, reasoning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
