Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

This role plays a pivotal part in driving financial visibility, performance tracking, and strategic decision-making across the organization.

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes in collaboration with business units.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify variances vs. budget/forecast, and present actionable insights to senior management.

About the Role:

This Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will lead the development of comprehensive financial models, provide detailed financial analysis, and support business growth initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Product) to inform strategic planning and investment decisions.
  • Track key business drivers and market trends to enhance financial modeling and scenario planning capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with senior management to drive business growth, process improvements, and automation within FP&A.
  • Spearhead process enhancements and innovations to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Chartered Accountant (CA/CMA) preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment analysis.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools.
  • Experience working in a high-growth or tech-driven environment is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
